Our Mission and Approach

At A Natural Approach Therapy, we believe in empowering individuals to navigate their mental health journeys with compassion and understanding. Our blog explores various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Informed Exposure for panic and agoraphobia, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We also emphasize the importance of mindfulness, meditation, and embrace diverse sexualities, ensuring a sex-positive and kink-friendly space for all. As proud LGBTQIA+ allies, we aim to create a welcoming environment that supports every individual's unique identity.  We are MAP friendly and verified by ASAP International and VirPed.
