About
Nathaniel Terpening has spent over 20 years in the mental health field, bringing extensive experience and empathy to his practice. He has worked across various communities in Alaska, focusing on assisting homeless, adults, children, and families, often in crisis situations. Specializing in CBT-based therapies like EMDR and ACT-informed Exposure Therapy, as well as mindfulness techniques, Nathaniel helps individuals heal and flourish. Recently, he made the heartfelt choice to return to New York to be closer to his family, allowing him to continue his mental health advocacy while sharing his insights with a wider audience.
