Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling:

​We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for care.

No-Show Policy:

A "no-show" is defined as missing an appointment without providing any prior notification. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without contacting us will be charged the full session fee.

Late Cancellation Policy:

A "late cancellation" is defined as cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session time. For late cancellations, you will be charged a $25.00 late cancellation fee.

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies can happen. In rare and unavoidable circumstances (such as sudden illness or a significant emergency), we may consider waiving the fee on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Documentation may be requested.

Payment of Fees:

No-show and late cancellation fees will be billed to you directly and are typically not covered by insurance. Payment will be due before your next appointment. Future appointments may be contingent upon payment of outstanding fees.
